Hello Fitness Friends!
The last week or so, my nutrition has been off track. Not sure if it just because summer is winding down and I’m trying to enjoy my BBQ and ice cream truck treats as much as possible or what, but I am ready to get back on track and starting feeling good again.
Who wants to join a 5 day clean eating challenge group? We can do it all through Facebook.
Each day, we will post our meals and give each other accountability. You can follow any meal program you want, the goal is to just keep it clean!
