Today is day 4 of Body Beast. Here has been the schedule, so far:
Day 1: Build, Chest and Tri. Awesomeness.
Day 2: Build, legs. Dear god, my legs don’t work anymore.
Day 3: Back and Bis. Can’t move my arms anymore.
Day 4: Beast Cardio — at least it was supposed to be. I am taking today as a rest day because my body is THRASHED. Woke up this morning feeling completely zapped. So, it is time to up my calories. I think I’ve only been consuming about 1300-1400. So, now I’m bumping up to 1500-1700 and see how that goes. Everything is so sore, I can barely go down the stairs, and my arms only stretch so far ahead of me. It. is. AWESOME.
And now I have a wedding to go to today. I’ll be moving at about 5mph, but I’m looking forward to it :)
