Here’s my latest recipe for Paleo Banana Almond Muffins! No flour!

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup almond flour (I used trader joes brand)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter (I didn’t have any so I used unsalted natural peanut butter which btw is not paleo)
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice (you could also uses cinnamon)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS: Bake at 350F for 10-12 min!

Cauliflower ‘Bread’ Sticks - To-die-for mock bread-sticks made with cauliflower that are low in calories, carbs and fat….RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1 head cauliflower, large (7” - 8” wide)

1/4 cup egg whites

1/2 cup + 3/4 cup (for topping, optional) Mozzarella/Tex Mex cheese, shredded

1 tsp Italian herb seasoning or any dried herbs like rosemary, basil, parsley

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Pinch of salt

Marinara sauce for dipping

I can verify this tastes amazing

DESSERT ALERT! I just made this and it’s literally so good it should be illegal. Saw an unhealthier version of this on pinterest but I fitblr’d the shit out of it.
Slice banana down the middle
Put it in a little foil boat
Top with nut butter (I used almond), chopped walnuts, a few chocolate chips, cinnamon
Bake/broil till the chips/nut butter begin to melt
Serve with greek yogurt mixed with some cinnamon
INHALE IN 2 SECONDS
